Dovobet Gel is a prescription-only topical treatment used to manage and treat plaque psoriasis of the scalp and body. It combines two active ingredients: calcipotriol, a vitamin D analogue that slows down the excessive production of skin cells, and betamethasone dipropionate, a potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and itching.
